Sunday Games: Between 12:00 - 4:00 PM
Spring 2025 Games: April 6, April 13, April 27, May 4, May 11 and May 18, weather permitting. (No games on April 20 / Easter weekend)
There are three leagues open to children who are in grades 1-6 in Fall 2024 and who live or go to school in Upper Arlington, Grandview Heights, or Marble Cliff. Bantam I League - Grades 1 & 2, Bantam II League - Grades 3 & 4, and Intermediate League - Grades 5 & 6. Games are held on Sunday afternoons and played in Upper Arlington and Grandview Heights Parks. Northwest Kiwanis Youth Soccer is a recreational soccer league that stresses the fun and fundamentals of soccer. We are open to players of all soccer skill levels. Practice schedules, including skill drills and practice games, are determined by each team’s coach. Teams are assigned by gender. All attempts are made to group players with children from the same school or neighborhood, however this is not always possible.
Youth who played on a team in the Fall 2024 session will use their same shirt and ball and remain on their same team for Spring 2025. If a replacement shirt is needed, there is a link for shirt replacement ($10) on the registration site.
The fee for new players for the Spring 2025 session only is $50/player. You will be assigned to a team from the Fall session that needs additional players and will receive a team shirt, a soccer ball, paid referees and, weather permitting, 6 games. There are no makeup games.
The K.I.D.S. Program is held on Saturday mornings for 4 sessions, weather permitting. Each week, a different skill will be taught in the first half-hour such as dribbling, ball control, passing or shooting. While the children are learning a new skill, the parents can watch the weekly basic skills so everyone can practice soccer together. Following this, the children will practice their newly learned skills in a scrimmage game. This program is open to children currently in kindergarten who live or go to school in Upper Arlington, Grandview Heights or Marble Cliff. High school soccer players (both boys and girls) from Upper Arlington and Grandview Heights High Schools will teach the basic fundamentals of the game. The fee for K.I.D.S. Spring 2025 session is $40/player. You will be assigned to a team and will receive a team shirt and a soccer ball. There will be no makeup sessions.

Soccer Buddies Registration is Currently Closed |
"Kiwanis Soccer Buddies" is specifically designed for children in grades K-6 who have special needs. Each child is paired with a high-school-aged mentor who (a) has soccer experience and (b) has received focused training on partnering with children who have special needs. The goal of the program is to give children with special needs the opportunity to learn soccer skills in a fun setting. The program is co-ed. Potential high school aged volunteer mentors may indicate their interest in participating in the program by contacting the administrator of Northwest Kiwanis Soccer at staceynwksoccer@gmail.com. Shin guards and mouth guards are suggested, but not required. For the registration fee you will be matched with a high-school-mentor for the Fall and Spring program and will receive a team shirt and a soccer ball. There is a one-time registration fee of $20/player for a team shirt and soccer ball. After your first Buddies season, there are no additional fees associated with the program.
